Elementary parents, please drop your students off in the car rider parking lot after dismissal around 3:20. Students will then follow the awning to the BMS Cafeteria
During the learning days, Tuesday and Wednesday, students will be assigned to the groups that they will be auditioning with. By end of day Wednesday, I will give out appointment times for those groups to audition on Thursday. The times will be posted here. Ideally 100% of the auditions will happen Thursday, and Thursday will be reserved for callbacks only.
Please let me know if Thursday does not work for your student so that I can give them the correct appointment time.

Right now this is the plan for audition appointments:
Thursday
3:30-4:00 - All boys, one large group
4:00-4:30 - 5th grade girls, one large group
4:30-6:00 - 6th & 7th girls in groups of 6-8
Friday
3:30-4:00 - Remaining auditions
4:00-5:30 - Callbacks
Callbacks are specifically for students that we would like to see again.
