Please know that these results have been thoughtfully discussed, fervently prayed over, and carefully reviewed.

IMPORTANT:
If you have questions regarding results, there is a no-contact rule in place until Tuesday, March 31st.

PARENT MEETING (MANDATORY)

📅 Monday, April 20th

📍 BHS Cafeteria

A first payment is required at the meeting to secure your child’s position in the program.

First Payment Amounts:

• Blitz & Boom Doubler — $325

• Blitz — $300

• Boom — $250

DUES

The total dues for the 2026–2027 season are still being finalized as we plan travel for next year.

The BSCA directors and board are committed to providing the best possible experience at the most affordable cost for our families. Once finalized, you will receive the total amount along with a payment schedule to help you plan ahead.

This initial payment allows us to begin preparations for the upcoming season.

✔️ Fundraising opportunities will be available.

CONTRACT

Being part of Show Choir is a significant commitment and a privilege. Our students represent the great city of Brandon, and we hold high expectations for excellence.

All students and parents must sign a contract to secure membership. Hard copies will be provided at the parent meeting.

FINALE

2026-2027 Blitz and Boom members will perform the audition song at Finale 

Blitz-Thursday, April 30th

Boom-Friday, May 1st 

Blitz-Saturday, May 2nd

COMMUNICATION

We primarily use ParentSquare for communication. Please ensure your contact information is up to date in the school system.

ParentSquare for the 2026–2027 school year will be set up closer to the start of school. Until then, we will use the email address you provided.

You will receive a “Welcome to Show Choir” email by Tuesday, April 7th.

CALENDAR

The full calendar is still being finalized and will be shared soon.

You will receive:

• Calendar access password

• Instructions for how to read and use the calendar

The entire year will be planned out before the end of this school year, giving families ample time to plan ahead.

Please note: Attendance at major events is expected, required, and graded.
