MANDATORY PARENT MEETING

Tuesday, April 16th  6:30 PM

BHS MPR

You must bring your first payment to the parent meeting to secure your child's position in the program.

First payment amounts are:

Brio & Bellas Doubler-$395

Brio-$350

Bellas-$260

Crew/Band-$160

Only one parent is necessary at the meeting, but it would be great if both can come. We will discuss areas in which we need moms to get involved and areas in which we need dads to get involved.

 

DUES 

The total amount due for the 2025 year is still being decided as we are currently planning our travel for next season. The BSCA directors and board members have a high respect for our families and each year attempt to provide the the best possible experience for the most affordable price. We will make you aware of that amount as soon as possible with a payment schedule so that you can plan accordingly.

CONTRACT

Being in Show Choir is a big commitment with big expectations. It is a privilege to travel the country and represent the great city of BRANDON. We have a contract that will be emailed in the coming weeks for you to review.  Every parent and student member must sign the contract to secure their membership.  We will provide hard copies for you to sign at the parent meeting on April 16th.

COMMUNICATION

Remind 101 is a must!

100% of communication is shared through Remind 101.

The second method used is email. 

Therefore all parents and students must be signed up for the correct Remind 101.

CALENDAR

The calendar is not complete yet, but it will be soon. 

You will receive the password to the calendar and the guide to how to read it in your welcome email or a remind message.

The entire year will be planned out before the end of this school year. That means you are given many months to plan your vacations and other events around our major calendar events which means attendance at our major events is expected, required and graded. 

Don't forget about our Mandatory Parent Meeting on Tuesday April 16th at 6:30 PM and to bring your first payment.
