MANDATORY PARENT MEETING

Tuesday, April 15th  6:30 PM

BHS MPR

You must bring your first payment to the parent meeting to secure your child's position in the program.

First payment amounts are:

Brio & Bellas Doubler-$425

Brio-$400

Bellas-$375

Crew/Band-$200

 

 

DUES 

The total amount due for the 2026 year is still being decided as we are currently planning our travel for next season. The BSCA directors and board members have a high respect for our families and each year attempt to provide the the best possible experience for the most affordable price. We will make you aware of that amount as soon as possible with a payment schedule so that you can plan accordingly. This first payment is what is needed for the group to get started for 2026.

Our first fundraiser is huge and it starts on April 24th. More info about that at the parent meeting.

CONTRACT

Being in Show Choir is a big commitment with big expectations. It is a privilege to travel the country and represent the great city of BRANDON. We have a contract that every parent and student member must sign to secure membership.  We will provide hard copies for you to sign at the parent meeting on April 15th. 

​

 

COMMUNICATION

Parent Square is used for almost all communication. Please be sure your info is correct in the school system. Until that is set up, we will use email. 

​You will receive a "welcome to show choir" email by Tuesday, April 15th. If you do not receive that email by then, you need to let me know: charlie.woodward@rcsd.ms

 

CALENDAR

The calendar is not complete yet, but it will be soon. 

You will receive the password to the calendar and the guide to how to read it in your welcome email or a remind message.

The entire year will be planned out before the end of this school year. That means you are given many months to plan your vacations and other events around our major calendar events which means attendance at our major events is expected, required and graded.
